How to Access TEMPO Using a Citrix Client

NOTE: Instructions differ depending on whether or not you have previously accessed TEMPO using a Citrix^® Client using the desktop or laptop you are currently on.

Installation and configuration of Citrix client for Tempo

NEW TEMPO Citrix^® USERS:

       1) Download the Citrix Receiver client for Macintosh (CitrixReceiver11_4_3.zip) and put it on your Desktop.

NOTE: If you already use Citrix for any application, skip this and go directly to Step 3.

Depending on the browser you use, you download experience will vary

· Safari- In the Downloads window, click on the magnifying glass on the same line as the file name. Drag the file to the Desktop.

· Firefox – In the Downloads window, right-click (or option-click) on the window that opens to your Desktop

· Opera- A download dialog box will open, asking you where you want to save the file. Save it to the Desktop.

2) Go to your desktop.  Double click the CitrixReceiver11_4_3.zip file to open it.  Next, double click the CitrixReceiver11_4_3.dmg file that was extracted.  When you see the Citrix Receiver window, double click on the Citrix Receiver.pkg file to start the installer. Follow the prompts to install the client application.

3) Download the Tempo Configuration File and save it to the desktop, using the method for your particular browser. Now you have an ICA icon on your desktop.

4) You will always access Tempo by simply double clicking the Sandicor-T5.ica file icon on your desktop.

PREVIOUS TEMPO Citrix^® USERS

1. Delete your old TEMPO configuration file (sandicor-t5.ica) currently on your desktop.

2. Download the updated Tempo Configuration File (Sandicor-T5.ica)

3.  You will always access Tempo by simply double clicking the updated Sandicor-T5.ica file icon on your desktop.
